At the opening ceremony of the Second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation, President Xi Jinping announced in his keynote speech that China would take a series of major reform and opening-up measures and make stronger institutional and structural moves to boost a new round of higher quality opening-up. His speech disclosed in advance the basic framework of China’s future trade agreement. Professor Liu Zhibiao, Dean of Yangtze IDEI, Nanjing University, held professional and in-depth discussions with experts and scholars on these issues.
