For a long time, Germany has paid great attention to intelligent manufacturing and transformed the manufacturing industry with the information industry. This is an important reason for the German manufacturing industry to maintain its competitiveness in the world. The specific measures for the integration of German information technology and traditional manufacturing are summarized as: smart factories, smart production, smart networks, and smart services. We must implement the strategy of revitalizing the real economy with intelligent manufacturing: (1) Strengthen basic research and improve the level of information technology; (2) Accelerate the construction of network infrastructure, especially in rural areas, and reform the network operating system to break monopoly, encourage competition, reduce tariffs, increase network speed, and improve service quality; (3) Build intelligent plants to create version 4.0 of Made in China; (4)Create an intelligent production model and improve labor productivity of the entire industry; (5) Create an intelligent network to improve the economic development level of the whole society; (6) Create intelligent services to realize an intelligent society.
