The so-called sharing economy is an open exchange system where the personal idle goods or resource use rights are shared. It is formed by Internet technology as the support, network platform as the foundation, trust as the link, as well as premise that the owner's life is not affected. The rapid development of the sharing economy benefits from Internet technology, the emergence of a large number of interactive platforms, the surplus of material products, the awakening of environmental protection awareness and people's instinct for profits. Its disruptive impact on the traditional economic model includes promoting service upgrades, enhancing the transformation of corporate functions, fostering industry competition, guiding production reforms, improving social integrity, and achieving flexible employment. The development of the sharing economy is currently facing border issues. It is recommended that the law should explicitly prohibit sharing behaviors with serious negative externalities; facing legal difficulties, it is proposed that the law should make reasonable adjustments in time to legalize the sharing economy model as soon as possible; in the face of government control, it is suggested to innovate the government's control system to deal with the new situation of industry control brought about by the technological revolution.
