Regarding this year’s economic work, the most commonly spoken words by government departments are “stability” and “protection.” Premier Li Keqiang recently emphasized the need to make new market players grow when talking about "stability", "guarantee" and market reforms. The roundtable considered the following two issues. First, retaining the green hills will win the future. We now have 120 million market players. These market players are green hills, and if we hold them, we will win the future. How can we make these market players survive? How do we activate these market players through the reform of decentralization, regulation and service? Second, one of the goals of the government's efforts this year is to achieve an average of about 20,000 newly registered companies every day, which is an important indicator of China's economic vitality. In the process of responding to the pandemic, some new businesses such as online shopping, express delivery, and cloud office are growing against the trend. How can we better allow new market players to "grow" out more?
