The prosperity of a country and a nation is always supported by the prosperity of culture. Similarly, without establishing a cultural system that supports the spirit of craftsmen, it will not be possible to realize the transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry, and China will not be able to smoothly move from a large manufacturing country to a global manufacturing power. China’s lack of “craftsman spirit” is not because of the lack of “craftsman system”. The interactive culture behind the system is the deep-seated reason, that is, the culture that supports the craftsman spirit is what we really lack and must be reconstructed.
