The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made it clear that the main contradictions in the new era have changed. It is necessary to adapt to the goals, tasks, and development paths, adhere to new development concepts and comprehensive development concept, and implement the eight development strategies. The development and change of the main contradictions is essentially the transformation of contradictions within the primary stage of socialism, manifested in changes in demand towards higher levels, dynamic and higher expectations, comprehensive and broader scope. Among them, the "imbalance of development" indicates the structural problem of supply, and the "inadequacy of development" indicates the problem of insufficient supply, which puts forward the requirements for the work of the Party and the state to pay attention to the adaptation of development to the people's needs for a better life, to provide supply with higher level and higher quality, as well as to further promote the overall and balanced development of human beings. In the next stage, we should focus on the following tasks: firstly, win the critical battle of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way; secondly, actively promote the development strategy of basic modernization; thirdly, implement the strategy of regional coordination and rural revitalization; fourthly, deepen the reform of the supply-side to improve the quality of supply; fifthly, enhance the capacity of science and innovation to build a country of innovators; sixthly, establish a strict ecological environment protection system; seventhly, recreate entrepreneurship and craftsmanship; eighthly, deploy healthy industry to boost Healthy China strategy; ninthly, comprehensively deepen the reform of institutional mechanism in the new era; tenthly, improve the real estate system to ensure people's access to housing.
