Up to now, the problem of agriculture, rural areas and rural residents is still an important factor restricting the economic and social development of our country. Urbanization is a basic strategy in the process of China's modernization, however, with the rapid development of urbanization, China's rural areas are facing the danger of decline. Incompatible with the rapid development of urbanization, the problems of rural population structure, rural industrial development, education of rural residents' children, rural social governance and rural ecological environment in the development of rural economy and society in China are becoming increasingly prominent, which can not be ignored. In order to avoid the rural decline in the process of urbanization in China, the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed "implementing the strategy of rural revitalization." Accordingly, it is necessary to adjust the rural industrial structure, attach importance to rural education and cultural cultivation, as well as strengthen the construction of rural social governance, rural infrastructure, and rural ecological environment.
