To enhance the quality advantage of China's economy, the main contradiction lies in the quality of the supply system. At present, the quality of China's supply system lags behind in many aspects: firstly, the level of factor structure on which the supply system relies is not high enough; secondly, the long-term external demand orientation of the supply system is difficult to cope with the market of consumption upgrading; thirdly, the old and new kinetic energy of the supply system is still in the transition period; fourthly, the enthusiasm of the micro subjects in the supply system needs to be further stimulated. The major measures for the next step of reform include market-oriented allocation of factor resources, speeding up the opening up at home and abroad in the areas with prominent invisible administrative monopoly, optimizing the industrial organizational structure with competition policies, accelerating the reform of state-owned enterprises, and fostering a new round of infrastructure construction to adapt to the development of emerging industries.
