The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has three sentences on the development of the real economy. One sentence is to build an industrial system with the coordinated development of the real economy, technological innovation, modern finance, and human resources. If we regard the relationship between the four elements as a function, the real economy as a function is determined by the three factors of technological innovation, modern finance, and human resources. This function may be non-linear. After permutation and combination, we can find that there are six kinds of relationships: the relationship between the real economy and technological innovation, the relationship between the real economy and modern finance, the relationship between the real economy and human resources, the relationship between technological innovation and modern finance, the relationship between technological innovation and human capital, the relationship between modern finance and human resources. Professor Liu used the situation in Jiangsu as an example to interpret these relationships.
