The current trend of anti-globalization is, in essence, the results of the unbalanced distribution of globalization dividends among countries and within countries, and the negative impact of global governance disorder, which are amplified by the effect of the world economic cycle. Although the world economy has entered a stage of long-term recession, from the perspective of misplaced development, the dividends of China's opening-up development brought by the previous round of industrial revolution have not yet come to an end. China is faced with an important opportunity to fully harvest the "high-hanging fruits" of global industrial technology from the previous "low-hanging fruits". On the other hand, a new round of industrial revolution and technological revolution are in the gestation stage. Integrating into the global innovation chain will undoubtedly help achieve the pioneering technological progress. Unfortunately, the above strategic opportunities are at risk of being swallowed up by the tide of "anti-globalization". To effectively address possible risks and challenges, we need to adhere to the concept of open development with “a chain of win-win global growth” put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping. We should take a new road of opening-up pattern of mutual benefit and harmonious development with the world.
