There are three sentences about developing the real economy in the report of the 19th CPC National Congress. The first is to build a modern economic system. We must focus on the real economy in the economic development, which shows the status and role of the real economy in the construction of modern economic system. The second is build an industrial system with the coordinated development of the real economy, scientific and technological innovation, modern finance and human resources, which is the contents and standards of the construction of modern industrial system. The third is to promote the deep integration of the Internet, big data, artificial intelligence and the real economy, which is the way to achieve the modern industrial system. Among them, in order to establish the modern industrial system with four coordinated factors, we must figure out six major relationships, which are shown as follows.The first is the relationship between the real economy and scientific and technological innovation. The second is the relationship between the real economy and modern finance. The third is the relationship between the real economy and human resources. The fourth is the relationship between scientific and technological innovation and modern finance. The fifth is the relationship between scientific and technological innovation and human resources. The sixth is the relationship between modern finance and human resources.
