At present, the rise of trade protectionism in western developed countries and the spread of anti-globalization trend have their objective basis in economy, politics and society. The profound changes in the world economic pattern caused by the evolution of international division of labor have been one of the deeper causes. Facing the changing international situation and objective requirements of the world development, the CPC Central Committee led by Comrade Xi Jinping has actively promoted the construction of a new type of international economic relationship with the win-win cooperation as the core, and advocated the establishment of “a community with a shared future for mankind”, which is gaining worldwide recognition. The new concept of “a community with a shared future for mankind” is a theoretical conclusion of the practice of world economic development, and the new development of Marxist political economics in the domain of international economic theory. It is also of great significance in leading the development of more dynamic, inclusive and sustainable economic globalization. China will uphold this new concept, and work hard to take path of open development featuring initiative, inclusiveness, sharing, collaboration, and more fairness, so as to build a “win-win chain for global growth”, and to promote the deepening of economic globalization.
