The second is large-scale and diverse financial subsidies for industry development.Case study in Guangdong: The special funds used to directly support industrial development at the level of Guangdong Province and Zhuhai City account for about 10%, and there are also large-scale government investment funds directly used to support industrial development. China’s economic construction expenditures accounted for 38.67% of total fiscal expenditures. According to the results of the case analysis of Guangdong Province, it can be roughly estimated that the funds directly used to support industrial development should account for more than 10% of total fiscal expenditures.New trends: Generally speaking, the scale of China’s financial investment to support industrial development needs more in-depth research. At the same time, the process and effects from industrial planning to financial support need to be studied urgently, and attention should also be paid to the new trends and new issues of “financial capital injected into government investment funds to support industrial development”.
