General secretary Xi Jinping stressed that we need to build the industrial system with innovation leading coordinated development, and realize the coordinated development of the real economy, technological innovation, modern finance, and a talent pool. We should make technological innovation’s contribution to the development of real economy continuously increase, enhance the ability of modern finance serving real economy, and optimize the role of the talent pool supporting real economy. Obviously, in the industrial system, real economy is the key, goal and guidance. Any state of resource allocation that deviates from the development track of real economy and makes the virtual economy circulate itself will affect the positive cycle and healthy development of the national economy, so great efforts should be made to rectify the deviation. Technological innovation is the most important driver of the development of real economy. Modern financial industry is not only the blood system of capital-intensive industries’ growth, but also the source of venture capital that supports sci-tech innovation in the era of knowledge-based economy. As for the talent pool, they are the first productive forces required by all walks of life in the construction of the modern economic system.
