From the perspective of theoretical logic, it can be summarized as the effect of economic structural growth in the evolution of division. The economic effect of division includes at least three main points. Firstly, it solves the driving problem of economic growth. Secondly, it builds a long-term mechanism of economic growth. Thirdly, it has given full play to China's comprehensive national advantages.After a long period of medium and high-speed growth, the economic effect of China's participation in the global division of labor has gradually declined, and the accumulated structural contradictions in the evolution have become increasingly apparent, which has intensified the risk of middle-income trap. From the international view, after the war, the momentum of economic globalization and international division of labor gradually declined, and the structural growth dividends decreased significantly. From the domestic view, specialized division of labor has been locked in the low end of the global value chain for a long time, which leads to the consolidation of division of labor, prominent structural imbalance. The structural growth is suppressed, and the risk of middle-income trap is highlighted.China's division of labor economy needs to achieve a breakthrough in two dimensions. One is to create a new momentum of specialized division with highly independent characteristics. The other is to build an independent endogenous specialized division evolution mechanism based on the market allocation of resources as the decisive point.
