Abstract: A new round of economic globalization with essential characteristics of factor mobility is more conducive to developing countries with proper conditions and strategies. Since the reform and opening-up, China has seized the opportunity brought about by globalization, actively integrated into globalization, and has made great achievements in economic development. Meanwhile, the world economic pattern has undergone a turning point. The developed economies have been inundated with anti-globalization thoughts and turned to protectionism. The developing countries, represented by China, were advocating free trade and establishing an open world economy. From integrating into globalization to promoting it, China has achieved a strategic transformation in response to globalization. In the revolution of global economic governance, China has increasingly played a leading and promoting role. China will also create a new situation of opening-up and development in its continuous opening to the outside world.
