In order to implement the requirements of transforming the development mode, optimizing the economic structure and switching the growth impetus proposed in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Jiangsu’s county economy should focus on accelerating the construction of county industrial system with real economy, sci-tech innovation, modern finance and human resources connectivity. And the entrepreneurs are the most important human resources.The coordinated development of county industrial system in Jiangsu is to give full play to the supporting role of sci-tech innovation, modern finance and human resources to the real economy. At the same time, after the county’s real economy has grown strong enough, it should also actively play its role in gathering and pulling sci-tech innovation, modern finance and human resources, and finally realize strong positive feedback effects among these four subjects.
