In recent years, we have been visiting Suzhou, a city struggling to transform itself, every year. Now, on the 40th anniversary of reform and opening-up, we have held a big ideological discussion, so we have put together our original notes and displayed an impressive ideological journey.1, We applaud Junxin company for not needing any subsidy from the government, but there are only a few such enterprises. We hope that the number can gradually increase, which will help to eliminate the side effects of subsidies, and we are not afraid of a trade war.2. We applaud for Shenghong's continuous self-surpassing. They are ahead in machine replacement, microfiber and big data analysis. At the same time, it also enters the monopoly industry and invests in the refinery plant in Xuwei New Area of Lianyungang, which will add a new 100 billion-level enterprise to Jiangsu.3. We applaud the campus entrepreneurs, a number of modern "Confucian businessmen" have emerged in the place where township enterprises have risen suddenly. It is of epoch-making significance and may be a fundamental turning point in the development history of reform in Jiangsu Province.4. We applaud Chuangyuan for becoming a banner of state-owned enterprise reform, it is composed of more than 400 enterprises, through property rights reform, retreat into the district and system innovation; Chuangyuan shows the historical mission of the state-owned enterprise to be brave in innovation and development, and at the same time, it takes on the resettlement and retirement of 30,000 employees, which reflects its due social responsibility.Suzhou should promote reform in eight aspects:1. The reform has entered a new stage of "poverty gives rise to the desire for change" and "wealth gives rise to the desire for transformation". What and how Suzhou should change for the sake of long-term development need to be further clarified.2. The reform should pave the way for transformation and innovation. In particular, the assessment indicators should be changed, not innovation at the beginning of the year, but figures at the end of the year.3. Efforts should be made in the reform of de-administration to create conditions for high-quality development of the development zone.4. The reform should attach importance to reconstructing the succession mechanism of private enterprises, and solve the problems of lack of succession and family control.5. The reform should loosen the shackles of time-honored state-owned enterprises, rather than allow them to dance with shackles.6, The reform should promote the need for intimate services.7. The reform should create conditions for the transformation and upgrading of enterprises and deepen the development of traditional domestic demand.8. The reform should be problem-oriented, and the phenomenon of "one-vote veto" in innovation should be eliminated.
