The Chinese nation is facing both rare development opportunities and unprecedented challenges such as the challenges of economic deglobalization, financial liberalization, "post-crisis era" , human historical process, social problems and improving living standards. We will still be in the primary stage for a long time, and we are still a developing country. Although our GDP is the second in the world, the per capita is still pretty low when divided by 1.3 billion people, and there are hundreds of millions of people living below the poverty line as well. Therefore, the economic and social problems and challenges we encounter are arguably the largest and the most difficult to solve in the world, without any capital for conceit.
