To truly realize the high-quality development of rural revitalization, we should not stick to the old governance model of agriculture, rural areas and rural residents, break through the reform routines of farming governance, and be determined to create a new rural reform paradigm, so as to promote the high-quality, high-efficiency and high-speed development of China's rural areas with subversive thinking. Therefore, the following suggestions are put forward: firstly, break the cage of urban-rural dual structure and implement the comprehensive opening of negative list-style; secondly, break through the shackles of the agriculture, rural areas, and rural residents, and innovate the layout in the whole space; thirdly, break through the inertia of self-inheritance and boldly learn and absorb the successful experience of foreign countries; fourthly, make full use of the special dividend brought by the Internet information age to guide more new enterprises that are not restricted by geographical and space to invest in the tide of rural revitalization; fifthly, give priority to efficiency and benefits to prevent political achievements and face saving from turning rural revitalization into an "unfinished project".
