Those countries successively improved the quality and level of manufacturing development, which has injected continuous vitality and power into the world economy. Therefore, after a country's manufacturing industry has developed to a certain extent, it will gradually climb to the middle and high end of the global value chain, which is a common phenomenon and basic law in the world economy, and is conducive to the sustained and healthy development of the world economy. At present, a new round of technological and industrial revolution is gestating and emerging, the international division of labor system is evolving rapidly, and the global value chain is being deeply reshaped. The deep participation of China's manufacturing industry in the global value chain is not only in line with the actual needs of China's development, but also beneficial to the development of the world economy. Therefore, we must give full play to the main role of enterprises in the construction of value chain, strive to break through the bottleneck departments, vigorously develop service-oriented manufacturing, and optimize the foundation of industrial organization.
