The remarkable achievements made in the past 40 years of reform and opening up tell us that entrepreneurs are not only the main body of market economy, but also an important force to promote economic and social development. The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has drawn a grand blueprint for the new era and made a strategic plan for it. Therefore, we should vigorously carry forward the entrepreneurship of the new era, and establish overall awareness and strategic vision. Entrepreneurs and business managers must have a "three-line thinking", namely: management bottom line, management defense line and management red line, that is, while undertaking corporate management responsibilities, they must also bear the corporate social responsibilities seriously, and at the same time, pay attention to their value orientation and ethics. As the helm and operator of the enterprise, entrepreneurs and business managers must always keep in mind the "management red line", and truly ensure that the legal red line cannot be touched, the discipline red line cannot be stepped on, as well as the policy red line and the moral red line cannot be violated with reasonable, legal and compliance managing, which is the prerequisite for the healthy development of the enterprises. It is necessary to strengthen the organic unity of knowledge, insight, courage and consensus, have the courage, responsibility, obligation, and confidence to accelerate the high-quality development of enterprises, and make due contributions to promoting economic development and social progress.
