Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up, the background and foundation for the remarkable achievements of private economy mainly come from: firstly, the principles and policies to encourage the common development of private economy and public economy; secondly, the constitutional protection of the property rights of private enterprises and the interests of private entrepreneurs; thirdly, the correct expectations for private entrepreneurs in practice.In recent years, China's economy has entered a new normal, which has caused quite a few private entrepreneurs to feel confused and worried. Therefore, General Secretary Xi Jinping reiterated that the status and role of the non-public sector of the economy in the economic and social development of China has not changed, the policy of encouraging, supporting, and guiding the development of the non-public sector of the economy has not changed, and the principles and policies committed to creating a good environment and providing more opportunities for the development of the non-public sector of the economy have not changed, which soothe the nerves of the majority of private entrepreneurs.
