This article compares and analyzes the ability to transform scientific and technological achievements of Jiangsu and Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, and Zhejiang, and proposes ideas and suggestions for improving the ability.Jiangsu lags behind Guangdong Province in terms of input of scientific and technological resources, supporting capacity for scientific and technological achievements transformation, and effect of scientific and technological achievements transformation. It can be seen that although Jiangsu's ability to transform scientific and technological achievements is the first in China as a whole, there is still a certain gap between Jiangsu and Guangdong.In view of the above comparative analysis, we believe that enterprises should be the main force, universities and research institutes should be the source, development zones and parks should be the battlefield, talents should be the driving force, and policy dividends should be the baton. The five types of entities gather strength and become the new driving force for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Jiangsu.
