Cultivating world-class advanced manufacturing clusters is an inevitable choice for China to move to the middle and high end of the global value chain. It is also an important starting point for China's economy to turn to the stage of high-quality development in the new era. As a big manufacturing province, Jiangsu should take advantage of its foundation in manufacturing clusters and take the lead in cultivating world-class advanced manufacturing clusters.The Provincial Party Committee and government of Jiangsu Province proposed to vigorously develop advanced manufacturing industries, promote them to be clustered and international, build a number of world-class advanced manufacturing enterprise clusters, and push forward the transformation of "made in Jiangsu" to "created in Jiangsu" and "made in Jiangsu intelligently". Combining with the connotation characteristics of world-class advanced manufacturing clusters, Jiangsu should focus on reinforcing the shortcomings of reality, center on the strategic goals and directions of clustering, branding and internationalization, and rationally seek the special path suitable for China's national conditions and Jiangsu's provincial conditions.
