In the era of economic globalization, quality and brand have become the symbol of core competitiveness of manufacturing industries and even the country, which represent the country’s reputation and image. Compared with international famous brands, Chinese independent brands in the manufacturing industry have low added value and weak competitiveness, and their customer reputation and loyalty need to be improved.China’s reform has entered a critical stage and a deep-water zone. In terms of benefit distribution, there is a coexistence of benefit enhancement and benefit adjustment. In many cases, it is impossible to benefit everybody, let alone achieve equal benefits just as it is in the past. In this regard, we should further handle the relationship between reform and development stability, grasp the intensity of reform and the degree of social affordability, and strive to coordinate the benefits of all parties.Over the past four decades, deepening reform and opening up have enabled China to achieve rapid-speed economic growth, greatly enrich its material wealth, improve its people's living standards, and enhance its national strength and international competitiveness. While fully affirming our achievements, we must recognize that there are changes and concerns in the generally stable economic performance. China is facing complex changes in external environment, new manifestations of internal contradictions, and downward pressure on the economy. These are problems on the way forward, both short-term and long-term, and both cyclical and structural. In the face of new problems and new risks, we need to focus on supply-side structural reform. Based on the present and facing the long term, we should comply with the evolution of internal and external environment, comprehensively deepen reform and opening up, and promote high-quality economic development.
