The real connotation of the great changes unseen in a century is that the fourth industrial revolution is taking place. "Significant changes in the external environment" will surely cause great changes in the world unseen in a century. As long as we are “good at turning crises into opportunities and turning crises into security”, we will bring opportunities to the national rejuvenation in a new historical position, and ultimately enable China to stand in the center of the world stage and make greater contributions to the cause of human progress. In this sense, the core of the great changes unseen in a century is to "realize the Chinese dream of achieving national rejuvenation." The world is currently undergoing major changes unseen in a century. The United States pursues the "60% law" of international exchanges and brazenly launched a "tariff war" against China, doing everything possible to contain China's growth. Against this background, China must do two things well. First, we must maintain strategic determination and unswervingly manage our own affairs. Second, we must actively respond to the United States and build a new type of major-power relationship between China and the United States. The main task is to avoid the changes unseen in a century from having a bad influence on China. In particular, we must be vigilant in taking unscrupulous containment actions against China based on the self-concept of unipolar dominance of the world by the United States.
