Constructing China’s economic system and academic discourse system requires us to base on our practice and solve China’s problems. It’s of great necessity to summarize the experience, construct the discourse, refine ideas, and innovate theories, so as to build the economic system and academic discourse system with Chinese feature, style and vision. What’s more, western economics cannot replace our own exploration and thinking. Chinese economists need to create the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The conditions for the construction have been satisfied.
