We should not revitalize northeast China only for the sake of China's short-term policy objectives. We should not rely on the traditional habits and political achievements of local government to revitalize northeast China. We should not continue to invest in policies with poor effects and low profits. In this process, it is necessary to introduce all the northeast people from abroad and the south, as well as those who have lived inside the Shanhaiguan Pass and overseas for a long time to contribute to the development of Northeast China. For those vested interests who refuse or obstruct the reform, if they cannot change their minds, we should change themselves.In the face of multi population crises in Northeast China, we should comprehensively and rationally calculate the effectiveness and cost performance of the 16-year Revitalization Strategy Of Northeast China. and re-recognize its fundamental value and main value to China, as well as China's long-term interests in Northeast China.
