The 2018 BRICS Joint Statistical Publication has come out. The author observed the inbound tourism of Brazil, Russia, India, South Africa and China. The situation of inbound tourism can not only reflect the country’s economic and political development, especially the development of tourism, but also reflect the economic and social development situation of the country where the tourists are located. The author found that travelling to the nearest country is visitors’ first choice. The largest number of inbound tourists to the five countries are from their own continent. The Western European people love the transcontinental tourism most. The neighborly countries are favored by tourists, and there’re few contacts between Asia, Africa and South America. What’s more, China and India are very popular in inbound tourism.
