Zhejiang, as a strong economic province in the development of China's industrial agglomeration and the practice base of "green development" and "two mountain theory", how to deal with the coordinated development of industrial agglomeration and regional green development is of great significance in the new socialist era.The experience of industrial agglomeration and green development in southern Zhejiang industrial agglomeration zone is summarized as follows1. Scientific planning of industrial layout to achieve land conservation, green ecology and integrated development of industry and city2. To improve the environment and promote the development of enterprise agglomeration by "big demolition, big consolidation, big construction and big beauty"3. Attract investment through green industrial chain, and drive the green upgrading of regional industrial chain through leading enterprises4. Drive by core enterprises and implement green technological transformation5. Give full play to the role of industry associations to promote the improvement and centralized treatment of pollution industriesIn the specific promotion process of its experience, this paper suggests that we should give full play to the functions of government guidance, industry association coordination and network governance of core enterprises.
