The science and technology innovation circle of the Yangtze River Delta should take scientific and technological innovation as the core, integrate and gather innovation factors, cultivate and form a number of major original achievements in several advantageous fields on the basis of collaborative innovation, promote the deep integration of industry and innovation, and be built into a science and technology innovation circle with international influence, national strategic status and the contribution of regional construction.The construction path is as follows:We should speed up the construction of the basic science and technology sharing condition platform, optimize and integrate the resources of scientific and technological innovation, strive to build a multi-level team of scientific and technological innovation talents, promote the formation of a regionally unified and open pattern of talent market, form a dynamic and optimized major strategic deployment of science and technology, jointly enhance the original innovation ability, promote the deep integration of industry and innovation, cultivate world-class advanced manufacturing clusters, and encourage the development of parks.
