County economy is a microeconomic unit of national economy, and the analysis of economic operation is playing an increasingly important role in county economy. We think that, combined with the characteristics of county economy, the operational analysis of county economy should be carried out in three levels: gross analysis, industry analysis, enterprise analysis.1. Gross analysis should be combined with the characteristics of county economy, and constantly reform and innovate.There are quite big differences between the county gross analysis and the national gross analysis: the role of gross analysis is different; the quality of gross analysis is different; the meaning of the same index is different at different levels.National ministries and commissions have been constantly summarizing and improving the gross analysis of economic operation. These methods of reform and innovation have made a demonstration for the operational analysis of county economy. When analyzing the total amount of county economy, we must combine the characteristics of county economy and introduce new total quantity index.2. Industry analysis is the core of the operational analysis of county economy, which provides the basis of decision-making.A common feature of county economic development in Jiangsu Province is that the leading industries with the main characteristics of enterprise agglomeration and industrial cluster have basically formed in the county. This feature is also common in the county economy of the whole country. In the operational analysis of county economy, only by mastering the accurate situation of leading industries and strengthening industry analysis, can we provide the basis of decision-making for county Party committee and government.3. Enterprise analysis is the characteristic of the operational analysis of county economy, which needs to be attached great importance toThe spatial scope of the county is small, the total economy and the number of enterprises are limited, so the enterprise analysis needs to adopt different ideas and methods, which is the characteristic of the operational analysis of county economy. We suggest that the analysis of enterprises in county economy can be divided into the following categories: enterprises above designated size; small and micro enterprises; and it is necessary to analyze producer service enterprises separately. According to the needs of decision-making, county enterprise analysis can also carry out other categories of analysis.Whether it's gross analysis, industry analysis, or enterprise analysis, the operational analysis of county economy needs the division of responsibilities of various departments of county government.
