The development of digital economy is becoming the leading force of economic and social development and the hotspot of regional economic competition. The digital economy of Jiangsu province is large-scale and has a good foundation for development, so it is urgent to strengthen efforts, organize and make breakthroughs effectively, and form a leading force. Under the guidance of Jiangsu Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Jiangsu Digital Economy Chamber has been established. the Digital Economy Chamber is the first one in our country and it is committed to promoting the digital transformation and industrial upgrading of Jiangsu province, to promoting the sustainable and rapid development of Jiangsu’s digital economy in the new era. Based on the new trend of the development of digital economy and the characteristics of economic and social development of Jiangsu province, based on the investigation of digital economy in Jiangsu province and interviews with many entrepreneurs, we put forward the following suggestions:1. Make clear the strategic position of digital economy in the economic development of the whole province2. Depict the prospect of the new industry of digital economy and focus on the planning of the new economic layout3. Vigorously build digital economic infrastructure and work against time to finish "ground engineering" 4. Accelerate the development of basic factors of digital economy and take the lead in forming advantages of factors5. Accelerate the implementation of "project of new kinetic energy of digital financing " and cultivate new leading enterprises of digital economy6. Hold landmark activities of digital economy with high standards to accelerate the promotion of the influence of digital economyof digital economy7. Initiate the establishment of digital economic development community of the Yangtze River Delta and play a leading role8. Vigorously develop digital education and accelerate the improvement of citizens' digital literacy9. Integrate the digital resources of the whole province to provide services of super data for the government, enterprises and individuals10. Dare to try and break through, promote radical innovation and bravely set up a new tide in the era of digital economy
