The comprehensive revitalization of the Northeast China is important and has a foundation. We have consulted a lot of information and news about the Northeast China. This paper has found some bright spots and business opportunities that will help us dispel the negative comments about the Northeast China.This paper analyzes three cases: due to the upgrading of domestic consumption, Hunchun, a small border town, has become the largest import port of Russian king crab. In addition, Hunchun, a border town, has become a place where far eastern Russians punch in for cross-border tourism and medical services, among which dentists are the most concerned. Hulunbuir also takes advantage of its long snow period to develop winter tourism.Three cases show that after nearly 20 years’ efforts, the revitalization of Northeast China has been put into action. This includes four factors: first, the strategic position of the Northeast China has been unprecedentedly enhanced. Second, after the withdrawal of the United States, small multilateral and sub-regional cooperation has become a new trend of world trade. Third, opening up to the north will bring unprecedented new opportunities to Northeast China. Fourth, New sea routes are being exploredThere is reason to believe that the entire Northeast China, not just Manzhouli and Hunchun, is shifting from its frontier to its forefront of opening-up, increasingly becoming China's opening hub connecting North-East Asia and European countries.
