Through research and development, we find that there are five characteristics of "tax and fee reduction" in Jiangsu Province: the policy coverage of "tax and fee reduction" is very wide; the policy coverage of "tax and fee reduction" is very wide; The results show that the scale of "tax and fee reduction" is expanded, and the benefit of enterprises is increased; "tax and fee reduction" have strong directivity; tax burden is reduced, and people are satisfied with the current level of tax rate, and they have a sense of gain; "tax and fee reduction" make the finance of small and micro enterprises affordable.
