Rural economic management plays an important role in the national management system. The reasons are as follows: firstly, the rural economy is the economic foundation of villagers' autonomy. Secondly, the rural economy is powerful guarantee of food security. Thirdly, rural economy is an important source of farmers' welfare.Rural economic development is facing practical difficulties. As the economic basis of rural revitalization, rural economy has abundant land resources and full policy support from the state. In terms of modern agricultural economic system, China's modern industrial system is still weak. The reason is that China's rural economic system is still weak in many aspects.China's rural reform is doomed to be a slow process, which needs to be accompanied by the growth of a generation of farmers. At present, to promote the modernization of rural economic management, we need to focus on the following work: we should accelerate the legislation of rural collective economic organizations and clarify the legal nature of collective economic organizations. We should deepen the reform of the rural collective property rights system and establish a property rights system suited to the market economy. Efforts should be made to promote the entry of collective construction land into the market and enhance the economic capacity of collective economic organizations. We should keep the contracted land stable for a long time, consolidate and improve the basic rural management system.
