Wu Gao: How to Solve the Recruitment Difficulty of SMEs Under the Epidemic?

Release time:2020-02-05Author: Wu Gao

Due to the requirements for the prevention and control of the COVID-19, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security recently issued two notices to suspend onsite recruitment activities, and change them to online organization or postponement. Various provinces, cities, and autonomous regions have also successively introduced policies to explicitly suspend onsite recruitment activities. This means that for a considerable period of time after the resumption of work, enterprises across the country need to actively adjust their recruitment methods, which should change from time to time.In this special period, recruitment will face challenges such as urgent recruitment needs, as well as some groups of people not adapting to online recruitment. In this regard, we recommend labor-intensive enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises to adjust recruitment activities, review recruitment needs, and make an inventory of human resources to deal with the uncertainties in epidemic prevention and control. At the same time, it is suggested that the government and professional human resource service companies should build and improve an online talent market, lower various fees, push employment information, and carry out skills training to help enterprises tide over the difficulties of epidemic prevention and control.
