The central ministries and commissions issued relevant policies and measures to support enterprise production around February 5. These policies and measures involve the following four aspects.First, reduce corporate taxes and fees, personal income taxes, and import taxes on epidemic protection materials and products, so as to reduce corporate losses, which means that for enterprises and actions related to the prevention and control of the epidemic, it is necessary to smooth production links and reduce their taxes and fees. Meanwhile, for industries and enterprises affected by the epidemic, they will be given a maneuver adjustment and recovery time to help them reduce losses.Second, encourage the key production enterprises of epidemic prevention and control materials to resume production or do a crash job, and crack down on illegal prices and bidding-up prices in the production of epidemic prevention materials. This is conducive to corporate social responsibility, ensuring the timely supply of epidemic prevention supplies and the stable market price of basic livelihood commodities.Third, optimize corporate services, especially strengthen financial support and provide facilitation services for science and technology enterprises. Maintaining normal economic and social order is an important guarantee for effectively responding to major epidemics. Therefore, we should provide effective and high-quality services for enterprises.Fourth, stabilize employment and promote online training for corporate workers. Private enterprises are an important channel for stabilizing employment, creating wealth, as well as increasing income. We must therefore, attach great importance to the prevention and control of the COVID-19, and meanwhile do a good job in the employment of key groups such as migrant workers and college graduates.
