In epidemic prevention and control, we must infuse the prevention and control mechanism with the fresh blood brought by high technology, and play the role of intelligent products such as infrared thermal imaging, robots, and AI diagnosis in the safe resumption of work to measure body temperature, prevent infections, and identify epidemic diseases.For this reason, the following suggestions are proposed: first, establish a prevention and control mode of using high-tech to overcome the new epidemic, and form a pattern where materials flow smoothly, thereby creating preconditions for resuming work; second, innovate the bidding and other government procurement channels to give birth to the emerging industries such as infrared thermal imaging, medical service robots, and AI diagnosis; third, promote the resumption of work of two infrared thermal imaging factories and other related companies in Wuhan epidemic area; fourth, strengthen the research and development of AI, and strive to complement the lack of core technology; fifth, bring in talents and advanced technologies from developed countries through WHO and other channels, so as to form a global situation of medical technology research.
