General Secretary Xi Jinping and the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China pointed out the direction for Jiangsu to accelerate the restoration of economic normality. To restore economic normality, the keys are resuming work and production, and revitalizing enterprises. Firstly, implement various enterprise benefiting policies, aiming at micro and small manufacturing and service companies, we should take reducing enterprises' burden and their operation costs as a long-term policy guidance; secondly, restore the ecological environment of industrial development, provide external conditions for normal operation of enterprises, and unblock the people flow, logistics and fund flow to smooth the economic circulation; thirdly, promote the market-based reform of factors to enhance the two-way flow of urban and rural factors, break the administrative monopoly to release growth potential, and transform and upgrade traditional industries with cultivating and strengthening emerging industries to further stimulate the vitality of the market and enterprises; fourthly, attach great importance to the resumption of work and production of foreign-funded enterprises, that is, not only to ensure the smooth operation of the industrial chain and supply chain of foreign trade enterprises, but to practically implement the national treatment of foreign-funded enterprises, as well as to vigorously foster new types of business in foreign trade and develop digital trade.
