Recently, a series of preferential policies have been introduced to encourage the manufacturing industry, especially small and medium enterprises, to resume work and production as soon as possible. The COVID-19 has had a certain impact on China's industrial economic operation, industrial organization and industrial structure. Some practical issues affecting China's industrial and economic operation during the epidemic prevention and control should still be considered in the long term. Firstly, taking the epidemic prevention and control as the starting point, seeking happiness for people, we should vigorously develop modern public service industries, especially health and medical services, and begin to plan and build major medical and health infrastructure. Secondly, adjust the structure and direction of new infrastructure and large-scale project construction, focus on promoting the development level of the whole society's information system, and further develop the online transaction and machine substitution industry by means of aiming at stabilizing growth and adjusting structure. Thirdly, further solve the problem of fragmentation of local economy in the construction of ultra-large-scale market in China.
