Maintaining the security and stability of the international industrial chain is of great significance to the sustainable development of China's industry and the stability of employment. According to this, eight suggestions are put forward in this paper.Firstly, in terms of concept, we should pay more attention to the security and stability of the international industrial chain from the perspective of importing countries. And we should strive to ease the tense international environment of the foreign trade at the national level.Secondly, we should fully realize the importance of maintaining and improving the security and stability of China's import and export industry chains, continuously enhancing their overall competitiveness, especially the export one.Thirdly, we should encourage export-oriented enterprises to layout along the “Belt and Road” neighboring countries, emphasizing on the Southeast Asian countries.Fourthly, we should urgently organize various kinds of financial institutions to launch fast loan products, and at the same time, increase government financial support through transfer payment.Fifthly, we should attach great importance to the status of private enterprises in China’s import and export.Sixthly, we need to consider the duration of the epidemic and prepare for it ahead the schedule.Seventhly, it’s of great significance to find opportunities to continue to speed up tariff negotiations with the U.S. administration, so as to maintain the market share in China’s largest trade surplus country.Eighthly, we should take fundamental measures to expand the domestic demand market.
