In the face of profound changes in the international and domestic environment, China’s domestic economy has transitioned from rapid growth to high-quality development, and the opening-up also has presented distinct new characteristics.In terms of opening strategy, we change from integrating into globalization to promoting and leading the economic globalization. As for the opening theory, we turn from “opening-up” to “open development”. In the pattern of opening up, we alter from “one-way opening” that encourages bring-in and export to a new pattern of all-round opening-up. To talk about the concept of the opening-up, we transform from acquiring comparative interests and mutual benefits to advocating the construction of a community with a shared destiny for mankind. From the perspective of rules, we change from accepting the international rules to promoting the improvement of the rules and establishing a new international economic order.Further analyzing and understanding the new features of China’s opening-up in the new era is undoubtedly of great significance for us to deeply understand Xi Jinping’s open theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, maintaining the overall situation of opening-up, and comprehensively enhance the level of opening-up.
