This means that the global competition in the future will become the competition of industrial chain against industrial chain and cluster against cluster. Therefore, Chinese government must take measures to encourage enterprises to "attract capital to tighten the chain, repair the chain with technology, strengthen the chain in the market, and strengthen the chain with organization", constantly improve the emerging "chain leader" and "group leader" of industrial chain, and transform the existing industrial cluster into a global industrial chain cluster.Maintaining the stability and competitiveness of China's industrial chain and supply chain is one of the strategies proposed by the central government to deal with the impact of the epidemic on China's economy.
