General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the expression of "the new development pattern of dual circulation ". New ideas lead the way, and the mutual promotion of domestic and international circulation is the economic advantage of major countries. This article believes that the " new development pattern of dual circulation " has three meanings: First, facing the status quo of anti-globalization, China must continue to support economic globalization and actively participate in the international economic cycle; second, the future development process cannot rely solely on the international market, we need to pay more attention to using our own domestic demand advantages to build an independent domestic economic cycle system; third, in the context of high-quality development, we must never close ourselves to development. It is necessary to find ways to participate in and drive the international economic cycle, to coordinate the domestic and international circulations, to influence and promote each other, so as to form a new development pattern different from the past. In addition, this article gives suggestions on the specific path and policy orientation for China to build a new pattern of mutual promotion of domestic and international dual cycles.
