In order to stabilize employment, it is necessary to broaden traditional employment channels and cater to the development direction of the new economy.A new generation of online product forms such as short videos and e-commerce live broadcasts have emerged. To promote the development of these new individual economies, it is necessary to create a professional environment, strengthen the employment statistics, monitoring and regulation of new business forms and new models, strive to reduce the costs of new individual economic practitioners, and integrate the development of new individual economies with new infrastructure.The development of the new individual economy is also a new opportunity for the development of the Internet in Jiangsu. In this regard, there are some suggestions listed as follows. First, further study the connotation and classification of the digital economy, and propose supporting policies in different categories.
