With China’s continuous development, some countries, especially the United States, have felt the threat from China clearly, so China has to be confronted with the dilemma of “stranglehold problems”. In the face of the technology blockade from the United States, what is the breakthrough of domestic industrial technology in the world?As the computer industry and the electronic information manufacturing industry have typical characteristics of global collaborative production, and they are also representatives of capital intensive industries at the high-tech end, this paper takes them as the example to give an overall analysis on the distribution of technological content in industry production. Then, we analyze the related industries and distribution by comparing the technological input sources of the industrial chain. At the same time, we compare the differences of industrial smile curves between China and the United States, so as to distinguish the features of the two countries’ industrial chains.Based on our research, from the perspective of promoting the high-tech communication internationally, we’d better actively push forward the collaboration with East Asian countries such as Japan and Korea in the short term, and China should arrange the meeting with the leaders of the three countries. In the long run, China also needs to pay attention to the collaboration with the European Union.
