Pushing forward the strong cycle of East Asia to promote the international great cycle is necessary and possible. As for its necessity, the first is to alleviate the disconnected inclination from the United States, which is an urgent need, for it brings challenges to China’s industrial and supply chain. The second is to meet the long-term needs of the global industrial chain’s new development trend. The third is a strategic need that we should maintain the stability and security of the industrial and supply chain with openness.To talk about its feasibility, firstly, there’s the realistic foundation of the value chain within Asia. Secondly, China has formed a productive cooperation relationship based on the industrial chain with East Asian economies such as Japan and South Korea. Thirdly, the future development of industrial chain is highly complementary among East Asian countries.The countermeasures of pushing forward the East Asian cycle to promote the international cycle are as follows. Firstly, seize the important negotiation opportunity of the CJK FTA, exploring and initiating the cooperation’s “fast track” with Japan and South Korea. Secondly, unblock the international factor cycle of industrial chain, and improve the level of integration, collaboration and innovation. Thirdly, explore the new mechanism of industrial and supply chain’s cooperation, and establish the risk warning mechanism of industrial and supply chain’s integration.
