Under the background of the new development of global and domestic situation, the quality of China’s supply system still needs to be improved as soon as possible, and the structural imbalance is the main contradiction at present. It shows specifically in three aspects. Firstly, there’s a risk of “low-end locking” in the production capacity. Secondly, the supply structure doesn’t adapt to the ongoing changes in demand. Thirdly, domestic manufacturing enterprises are large but not strong, and they are lack of core technology.Thus, we need to comprehensively implement and deepen the supply-side structural reform from the following four aspects.Firstly, improving the quality and types of products and services in an all-round way is an important mission to enhance the adaptability of the supply system to the domestic demand.Secondly, accelerating the transformation of growth momentum and boosting the real economy thoroughly are significant battlefields.Thirdly, the key measures are optimizing the allocation and combination of existing production factors and promoting the increase of the total factor productivity.Fourthly, the active elements are fully stimulating the role of human capital and improving the local companies’ capacity of absorption.
